If you have an old number combination key box, I found that if the unit is not attached to the wall and does not have a lot of stuff stored inside of it, you can look through the holes in the back of the box with a flashlight and find out what the combination is. If you are good in small places, you can use a paper clip and insert it in the mounting hole and pull the plastic cover over the selected number off. If you choose, you can drill the mounting holes up to 1/4' and still be able to use number 12 screws to mount it after you have opened it. Just bend the paper clip at a 90 degree with about 3/8' to 1/2' at the bend to be inserted into the rear mounting hole. With a flashlight shining in one hole, look through another hole and you can slide the paper clip under the plastic and pull it off. Once the plastic cover is off, just look at the numbers and see which ones have the arrow pointed down and you now know the combination.

You do not have to press the number in any specific sequence, just make sure you press all the numbers that have the arrow down. Hope this helps. With the lockbox open.make sure the latch is in the lock position. If you don't have the tool.use a small flathead screwdriver.

Make sure all the little arrows on the lock are pointing in the same direction by lightly pressing and turning them until they are all pointing in the same direction (to the top of the box). Press the clear button down. Select your code by turning the arrows in the opposite direction.(to the bottom of the box) should be half a turn. Then press the slide button on the front which will set the new number. Test the new code BEFORE you close the box. Hope this helps. If you have the lock box open and want to reset the combination.
